Our knowledge (Thom is certified by the International Olive Oil Council as a Master Taster and sits on the California Olive Oil Council’s Taste Panel), strict standards and passionate commitment are your assurance that every product you buy is the very best we can make it. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

From the start, we made a commitment to use only 100% California fruit of the highest quality and never use chemical or heat treatments of any kind. On our ranch (blessed with an ideal Mediterranean climate) we practice sustainable agriculture, grow and harvest a wide variety of olives and carefully process the fruit by traditional methods.

That’s the only way we can ensure the full, fresh, rich flavor of our pure Extra Virgin Olive Oils year after year. With each year’s harvest you’ll discover unique qualities and distinctive flavors. And because olive oil is best consumed within a year or two of harvest, we often produce limited quantities of special oils and release them first-and sometimes only-to members of our Temecula Olive Oil Club.
